Commercial Employee for Order Processing (f/m/d) Part-time (20-25 hours)
Esbit Compagnie GmbH is a third-generation, owner-managed family business. Under the internationally renowned traditional brand Esbit, we distribute quality products for preparing, storing, and consuming food and beverages on the go. We export to around 25 countries – within Europe, to North America, Asia, and Africa.
Starting with our classic products – solid fuel and pocket stoves – Esbit is now an established brand in the outdoor market with a broad range of offerings. We also provide high-quality products for daily use, including drinking bottles, insulated flasks, and thermal containers.
We are looking for a part-time commercial employee for our order processing department.
Commercial Employee for Order Processing (f/m/d) - Part-time (20-25 hours)
Job Description:
- You are the primary contact person for national and international customer inquiries, service providers, and suppliers.
- In your day-to-day work, you will support domestic and international customers and be responsible for areas including planning, purchasing, logistics, order management, and customer/supplier communication. This includes the commercial processing of import orders – from order entry to final delivery – as well as communication and coordination with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments.
- You will manage the follow-up of incoming inquiries and supply contracts.
- You will monitor and optimize demand planning for our business and private customers in coordination with the various business divisions.
Profile:
- You have successfully completed training as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk or hold a comparable qualification.
- You have at least three years of professional experience in the mentioned fields (e.g., foreign trade, order processing, and customer support, etc.).
- You work in a structured manner and maintain an overview even in complex situations.
- A routine command of MS Office, especially very good Excel skills, is part of your portfolio – ideally, you also have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Navision.
- You are convincing with an open and positive attitude and are a team player.
- You are fluent in German and English.
