Commercial Employee for Order Processing (f/m/d) Part-time (25 hours)
Esbit Compagnie GmbH is a family-owned business in its third generation. Under the internationally renowned traditional brand Esbit, we distribute quality products for preparing, storing and consuming food and beverages on the go. We export to approximately 25 countries – within Europe, to North and South America, Asia and Africa.
Starting with classic products – solid fuel and pocket stoves – Esbit is now an established brand in the outdoor market with its wide range of products. With drinking bottles, insulated bottles and food jugs, we also offer high-quality products for daily use.
In addition to our outdoor range, we also manufacture specific components for emergency kits and ration packs. We supply these to humanitarian organizations, NGOs, as well as government institutions and authorities, among others.
We are looking for a commercial employee for order processing in part-time as soon as possible.
Commercial Employee for Order Processing (m/f/d) in part-time (25 hours)
Job Description:
- You are responsible for the optimization and further development of processes with a focus on the public sector.
- You are the first point of contact for national and international customer inquiries, service providers and suppliers.
- In daily business, you support selected customers and are responsible for planning, purchasing, logistics, order management and customer/supplier communication, among other things.
- You take over the follow-up management of incoming inquiries and supply contracts.
Requirements:
- You have successfully completed training as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant or have a comparable qualification.
- You bring at least three years of professional experience in the mentioned areas (e.g., foreign trade, order processing, and customer support, etc.).
- You work in a structured manner and maintain an overview even in complex situations.
- Proficient use of MS-Office, especially very good Excel skills, is part of your portfolio – ideally, you also have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Navision.
- You convince with an open and positive manner and are a team player.
- You speak fluent German and English.

Student Assistant with a Focus on Content Creation (m/f/d) – Minimum 8 hours per week

Under the internationally renowned traditional brand Esbit, we develop and distribute quality products for life on the go – from our classics such as solid fuel and pocket stoves to drinking bottles, insulated bottles and food jugs for everyday use.
We are looking for a student assistant (m/f/d) in the field of online communications with a focus on content creation, social media and creative projects, starting as soon as possible.
Your responsibilities
- Content Creation (main focus)
You create content for our social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Xing, Facebook) – from idea to execution. This includes posts, stories and reels, as well as basic image editing and video editing (e.g. using Adobe Express or Photoshop). You also support the creation of photo and video material for our channels and contribute your own creative ideas. - Social Media & Community
You support the management of our channels and engage with our community. - Editorial Content
You write blog articles and contribute your own ideas to our online communication.
What you bring
- You are an enrolled student in marketing, communications, or a comparable field
- Ideally, you have some initial experience in online communication or content creation
- You are confident using social media and have a good sense for trends and visual content
- Basic knowledge of image editing (e.g. Adobe Express or Photoshop) and an interest in photo and video production
- You work in a structured and independent way and enjoy working in a team
- You are creative, proactive, and eager to contribute new ideas
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
