Shipping & Payment

Shipping within Germany

We currently deliver exclusively within Germany. Your order will be shipped with DHL. Standard shipping costs €4.95. Orders with a value of €100.00 or more qualify for free shipping. Please note: Shipping costs are calculated based on the order value after all discounts have been applied. Digital gift cards are not included when calculating the minimum order value for free shipping, as they are always delivered free of charge.

Delivery Time

Fast delivery is important to us. We usually process and dispatch your order within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order, Monday to Friday. The standard delivery time is 2 to 4 business days. Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. 

Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a DHL tracking number. You can use it to track the status of your shipment via DHL tracking or the Post & DHL App.
