With our Esbit solid fuel, you can effectively boil water or food on the go. This is because the fuel in tablet form consists of a special mixture of mainly methenamine & wax and has a high calorific value.

Whether on long hikes or camping trips where every gram counts, Esbit solid fuel is the right choice. Its light weight, compact size and easy handling make it ideal for such trips. It is particularly practical: solid fuel also works reliably in sub-zero temperatures and at higher altitudes.

Esbit is available in different tablet sizes (4 g, 5 g, 14 g, 27 g). Depending on the tablet size, the burning time is approx. 5 - 15 minutes. It can also be lit quickly and easily using matches or a lighter, for example. If necessary, you can add a solid fuel tablet to the Esbit stove if you want to extend the cooking time.
