1. Savoury: Couscous

  • 150g couscous
  • Vegetable stock, 1 cube
  • Tomato puree to taste (optional)

Ingredients (for one portion):

  • 400ml water
  • 1 pack mie goreng noodles
  • Powdered cream soup, e.g. mushroom, tomato and mozzarella, broccoli
  • 1 spring onion
  • A handful of fresh vegetables, e.g. mushrooms, tomato, broccoli (optional)

You can also pep up the flavour by adding your favourite fresh vegetables.

  • 500ml water
  • 1 pack of instant mashed potatoes
